How do I properly clean and care for my headbands?

To keep your baby’s headbands looking beautiful and lasting longer, we recommend the following care tips:

Handle with care: Treat headbands gently when putting them on or taking them off to help maintain their shape and stretch.

Proper storage: Store flat in a drawer or box, or hang upright to prevent creasing or stretching.

Washing instructions: Do not machine wash. For the best results, gently hand wash in cool water with mild detergent.

Drying: Lay flat to air dry. Avoid wringing, twisting, or tumble drying, as this may damage the material or elastic.

Durability: The fabric is designed to be durable and stain-resistant, ensuring long-lasting wear with the right care.

For best results always follow these care instructions to preserve softness, colour, and shape over time.

How do I retie my headbands?

What is difference between Smaller and Larger Bow headband?

The real difference comes down to the bow, on one headband, you’ll find a smaller bow, on the other, the bow larger. That’s it they both have the same size band, same fit, just two different bow sizes to suit your preference.

What ages are your headbands suitable for?

Our headbands are designed to provide a comfortable fit for babies and toddlers, from newborn up to 3 years old.

How do I care for my Bibs

To keep your baby’s bibs fresh, clean, and long-lasting, follow these simple care tips

Quick Clean: For small messes, simply wipe the bib with a damp cloth or baby wipe.

Machine Wash: For a deeper clean, wash the bibs in the washing machine at 30°C with similar colours.

Drying: Always air dry the bibs. Do not tumble dry, as high heat may damage the fabric or shape.

Extra Tip: Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents to protect the softness and colour of the material.

With these steps, your baby’s bibs will stay soft, practical, and ready for everyday adventures!

Delivery & Orders

How much is the delivery(UK)?

We use Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery(UK), we charge £4.00 for orders up to £60 and FREE delivery on orders over £60.

How much is the delivery to Europe?

We use Royal Mail Express International when shipping to Europe, which is £7.50 GBP on order up to £24.99 and £10.50 GBP on orders £25 and over.

How much is Worldwide Delivery ?

We use Royal Mail Express International when shipping to Europe, which is £8.50 GBP on order up to £24.99 and £11.50 GBP on orders £25 and over.

When will my order be dispatched?

We dispatch orders within 1-3 days, you will receive an email when your order is on its way. Dispatch may longer around UK bank holidays, or if Royal Mail is striking, or if stated on the homepage.

When will I receive my order?

You will receive a email(to the email address you purchased with) when the order is dispatched. Parcels are sent Royal Mail 1st Class, usually takes one to three days. But in rare cases can take up to 10 days.

My order still hasn't arrived after 10 days?

The is a problem with my order? What can I do?

Can I cancel my order?

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to add items to your order, we might be able to remove them. If you want to change your order the only way for us to do it is to cancel your order so you can create a new order. Can I track my order?

You will be provided with a Reference number/Tracing number, you wont be able to track the parcel but you will be able to check whether the was an attempted delivery. Royal Mail Tracking.

Refunds & Returns

What is your return Policy?

Orders can be returned, partial or full. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You then have another 14 days to return the goods when your return has been accepted. The Item(s) must be unworn and in good condition. Do I pay for return delivery?

If your return is accepted, the customer is responsible for returns postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
