Shipping Policy
We post all items within the UK by Royal Mail 1st class.
We ship worldwide, this is by a tracked international service - shipping is automatically calculated at the checkout
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 days, please be patient and you will receive a dispatch email from us. This email will sometimes land in your junk folder, please check this before contacting us.
If an item is found to be out of stock at the time of dispatch, a refund will be issued. We do not send alternatives. Our priority is to dispatch all items that are in stock.
UK Royal Mail 1st Class postage is £3.50 or free when you spend £50 or more.
Please allow 10 working days (UK) and 20 working days (International orders) from dispatch date before contacting us if you haven't received your order.
Orders from customers inside the EU do not pay V.A.T. on goods at the checkout, but will be required to pay V.A.T. When the goods enter the country of your residents.
